Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of booking. The balance is due on the day of the party. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and processed.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date will receive a refund minus a $20 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the booking date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted per booking with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a $20 fee if within 7 days of the original date.

4. Number of Children

The maximum number of children is specified in each package. Additional children may be accommodated at an extra charge of $15 per child, subject to availability and maximum venue capacity.

5. Supervision

At least one parent or guardian must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the party. Bounce Play Centre staff are responsible for facilitating activities but are not responsible for individual child supervision.

6. Health & Safety

  • All children must wear socks on the inflatables and play equipment.
  • Children who are unwell should not attend. Please reschedule if your child is sick.
  • Food allergies must be communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival.
  • Bounce Play Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for safety reasons.

7. Food & Drink

Outside food and drinks are not permitted (except birthday cakes). Our café offers a range of food options that can be added to your package.

8. Liability

Bounce Play Centre takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety of visitors. However, participation in play activities involves inherent risks. Parents/guardians accept these risks on behalf of the children in their care.

9. Damage

Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children in their care. Deliberate damage to equipment or property will be charged at replacement cost.

10. Photography

Bounce Play Centre may take photographs during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform our staff on arrival.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
