You can book a party online through our website by selecting your preferred package, date, and time slot. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. Popular dates fill up quickly, so earlier is better.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date receive a full refund minus a $20 admin fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
Subject to availability, you can extend your party in 30-minute increments at an additional cost. Please discuss this at the time of booking or contact us.
Packages
All packages include private play area access, a dedicated party host, party table setup with plates and cups, and digital invitation templates. Higher-tier packages include additional extras like face painting, party bags, and themed decorations.
There is no minimum number, but our packages are priced for specific maximum numbers. You can book with fewer children at the stated package price.
Food
You may bring your own birthday cake. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but our cafe offers a variety of party food options that can be added to your package.
Safety
Yes, at least one parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the party. We have a comfortable cafe area where parents can relax.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and socks. Bare feet are not permitted on the inflatables for hygiene and safety reasons.
Yes, all our party hosts and supervisors hold current first aid certificates and have completed child safety training.
Pricing
Yes, weekday parties receive a 10% discount on all packages. Home school groups receive additional special rates.
Facilities
Yes, we have free on-site parking with dedicated parent and child spaces near the entrance.
